Our foodservice range includes whole peeled tomatoes, diced and crushed variety. Double concentrate tomato paste, Italian style tomato sauce and a 15kg bladder of crushed tomatoes. All of which are made using the finest and best ripe tomatoes grown in Italy.
Capriccio Vinegars
Italy produces excellent red and white wine vinegars. The best vinegar is made from good wines which are fermented in oak casks to give depth of flavour. Good vinegar should be clean tasting and aromatic, with no trace of bitterness and it should be transparent, not cloudy. The Capriccio range extends to include Organic Red, White and Organic Balsamic Vinegars. Organic Vinegars are produced with grape varieties organically grown and harvested without using herbicides or pesticides and manufactured under the supervision of the ECOCERT Organic farming control system. Using natural composts and biological pest and disease control during the grape growing period, ensures that no chemical residues are present in the vinegar.

Capriccio Grana has been matured for a minimum of 18 months, Grana is mainly use as a grating cheese for pasta and risotto, but you can shave it for sandwiches or salads, place on a cheese platter or serve it with your favourite red wine.
