The manufacturing process of COLAVITA’s First Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil and COLAVITA’S Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the same. The difference lies with the fundamental ingredient, the olive. Using natural composts and biological pests and disease control during the olive growing period, ensures that no chemical residues are present in the olive oil and more importantly the soil and the underground waters are protected from pollution.
The olives are harvested by hand when mature and immediately transported to the traditional olive mill to be first cold-pressed.
This traditional processing method, ensures that the nutritional value, aroma and taste is maintained to the highest level of quality. The now Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is bottled and store in a cool environment to maintain its premium level of quality.
