Price is usually an indicator of quality, especially when Balsamic Vinegar is concerned. Colavita's range of Balsamic vinegars are deep, rich brown in colour and originate from Modena in Italy, made from the concentrated sweet juice of white grapes. It is then fermented in a succession of barrels for between five to 30 years.
