The tale of Doria dates back to 1800 with the production of bread at Sarmede, Treviso, just eight kilometers from the current production plant. In 1902 the business extends to other bakers in Treviso and in addition to bread making, pastries begin to be produced. From this point on the combination of sweet and savory becomes an integral part of the company's heritage.
