Padthaway Estate represents the heart and soul of the Padthaway Oil district in the Limestone Coast of South Australia. Padthaway Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made up from 100% Frantoio olive variety. Frantoio is the name of the most highly regarded variety of olive used in the famous oils of Tuscany. Frantoio has a fruity, grassy flavour and a distinctive sharp and slightly peppery finish.
