  • Olive oil is good for your heart. It's high in monounsaturated fatty-acids, which means it can lower bad cholesterol (LDL).
  • Research suggests that antioxidants, like those found in extra virgin olive oil, dark chocolate red wine, green tea and blueberries, may help to prevent diseases including cancer.
