Squisito Tagliatelle
New to the country style pasta range are two traditional long pasta shapes namely, Spaghetti alla Chitarra and Tagliatelle. This special pasta has been produced according to the ancient rules of Italian pasta making. The rules are simple... mix very slowly fresh and pure water with fine durum wheat semolina, kneading the mixture with care so to achieve an elastic and homogeneous dough.
Squisito Artisan Pasta
New to the Squisito pasta range is seven Artisan pasta shapes. Our traditional craft of Artisan pasta making starts with using only the finest quality durum wheat semolina. This dough is then softly pressed and pushed into traditional bronze die plates. The natural drying process captures the regional Italian flavours and colours, creating perfect harmony in every dish.
Squisito Ready to Use Potato Gnocchi
Shaped like elongated ovals, Squisito Gnocchi di Patate are light and should almost melt in your mouth. The only thing to remember when cooking the gnocchi is to drop them into simmering water and cook for 2 minutes. They will rise to the surface when they are done and you simply scoop out the cooked gnocchi with a draining spoon and transfer to a plate.
