The Zuccato's family interest in the food sector began back in 1884, culminating in 1898 with the production of sauerkraut in its home workshop. Zuccato black dried olives, these medium sized “secco” black olives are obtained by arranging them in layers, with cooking salt, and letting them dry. Zuccato Apple Cider Vinegar

Zuccato Apple Cider Vinegar

Zuccato’s Apple cider vinegar is obtained from whole fresh apples that have undergone a biological and controlled fermentation process. The vinegar is then aged in traditional tek wooden barrels and bottled when the flavour has reached its subtle taste. Apart from the health benefits associated with drinking apple cider vinegar it is also an excellent salad and marinade dressing.
