Zuccato Gherkins are available in traditional pickled gherkins as well as sweet-n-sour-gherkins, only the finest quality ingredients, wine-vinegar and various aromatic herbs are used. Lombardi Peppers are long and tapered with a green colour and a well-balanced taste. Veneti Peppers are short and conical shape with a hot chilli taste. Hot chilli peppers in vinegar are very hot, they are pickled in very little vinegar and maintain the characteristcs of fresh chillies.

Zuccato Sauerkraut is free from preservatives and chemical additives, Sauerkraut is the product of the lactic fermentation of white cabbages. This natural process is regulated only by adding kitchen salt. The result is a food rich in vitamins and minerals. Zuccato’s Apple cider vinegar is obtained from whole fresh apples that have undergone a biological and controlled fermentation process. The vinegar is then aged in traditional tek wooden barrels and bottled when the flavour has reached its subtle taste. Apart from the health benefits associated with drinking apple cider vinegar it is also an excellent salad and marinade dressing.
